Graham Cracker Brittle Cookie

- 48 small graham sections
- sliced natural almonds
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. white sugar
Directions

1On a 10 x 13-inch pan, lay out graham sections.

2Sprinkle with slicked natural almonds.

3Try to leave no nuts over the cracks. (Fit crackers tight together).

4Bring to a boil for 2 minutes the butter, margarine and sugar.

5Drizzle over crackers.

6Bake at 350° for 9 to 11 minutes.

7Remove from pan onto foil.

8Separate.

9When cool, pop off the foil.

10Store in airtight tin.
