Graham Cracker Brittle Cookie

  • 48 small graham sections
  • sliced natural almonds
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. white sugar

Directions

    On a 10 x 13-inch pan, lay out graham sections.

    Sprinkle with slicked natural almonds.

    Try to leave no nuts over the cracks. (Fit crackers tight together).

    Bring to a boil for 2 minutes the butter, margarine and sugar.

    Drizzle over crackers.

    Bake at 350° for 9 to 11 minutes.

    Remove from pan onto foil.

    Separate.

    When cool, pop off the foil.
  10. 10
    Store in airtight tin.
