  • 1 lb. box graham crackers, crumbled
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 can coconut
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Add eggs, 1 at a time, alternately with graham cracker crumbs.

    Mix well.

    Add baking powder to milk, then add to mixture.

    Stir in nuts, coconut and vanilla.

    Bake in 2 round pans at 350° for 40 minutes.

    When cake comes out of the oven, prick the top and pour juice from the pineapple over the cake.
