- 1/2 c. butter or oleo
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 2/3 c. milk
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 (13 oz.) pkg. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 c. frozen coconut
- 2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each.

2Add baking powder to cracker crumbs.

3Alternate milk and crumbs.

4Add coconut, pecans and vanilla.

5Grease and flour 2 (9 x 1 1/2-inch) cake pans.

6Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.

7Pour juice of pineapple over layer before icing.
