- 1/2 lb. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 lb. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. black walnuts
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
- 5 eggs
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Cream the butter and sugar. Add vanilla, baking powder, crackers and milk. Mix well, then add eggs (well beaten).

2Add coconut, pineapple and nuts. Bake in tube pan for 70 minutes at 325° or in 3 layer pans for 30 to 35 minutes.
