  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 lb. graham cracker, crushed
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cream shortening and sugar.

    Add eggs.

    Pour milk over crackers.

    When soft, add to mixture.

    Add remaining ingredients. Bake in 2 layers at 375° for 25 minutes.
