- 1 box graham crackers
- 2 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can grated coconut
- 1 c. black walnuts
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 medium can crushed pineapple
Directions

1Combine soft butter, sugar and eggs (one at a time); beat thoroughly.

2In another bowl, mix crushed crackers, baking powder and milk.

3Add pineapple.

4Add coconut to egg mixture, then mix together for 2 minutes.

5Last, fold in black walnuts; stir with spoon until mixed well.

6Pour in deep pan and bake in oven at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
