  • 1 pkg. graham wafers (24 crackers)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. chopped nutmeats

Directions

    Beat eggs separately.

    Add half of sugar to each.

    To the yellows, add graham crackers and nuts.

    Fold in white mixture. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.

    Allow to cool; cut in squares and serve with whipped cream.
