- 1 1/2 cups cinnamon graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 egg yolk, beaten

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.

3If desired, set aside 3 tablespoons of mixture for topping pie.

4Press remaining mixture firmly into bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie pan.

6Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, until lightly browned.
