  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 egg yolks, beaten
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 egg whites, beaten
  • 1 c. cream, whipped

    Mix together sugar, milk, egg yolks and pinch of salt. Boil 1 minute and add soaked gelatin and vanilla.
