  • 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 c. seedless raisins
  • 1/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions

    Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, salt and butter.

    Pour hot milk over mixture and beat well.

    Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon mixture into greased small muffin pans, filling them two-thirds full.

    Bake in a hot oven (425°) for twenty minutes.
