  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3 eggs, beat separately
  • 1 c. drained crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Cream sugar and butter.

    Add egg yolks and then nuts and pineapple.

    Beat egg whites; then mix all together.

    Line a 10 x 8 x 2-inch pan with crushed graham crackers.

    Spread mixture; bake in a 350° oven.
