- 12 graham crackers, broken into squares (24 squares)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans
- 3 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
Directions

1Arrange graham squares on bottom of 15x10x1-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.

2Cook and stir sugar, butter, water and salt in medium saucepan on medium-high heat until mixture reaches 300F on candy thermometer (hard-crack stage) or until small amount of mixture dropped into cold water separates into hard brittle strands.

3Remove from heat; stir in baking soda.

4Immediately pour over grahams; spread to evenly cover grahams.

5Sprinkle with nuts; cool.

6Melt chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over toffee.

7Let stand at room temperature until firm.

8Break into pieces.
