- 5 c. plain flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 full tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
- 1/2 c. oil
- melted butter
Directions

1Mix yeast in warm water; set aside, while mixing other ingredients.

2Be sure yeast is thoroughly dissolved.

3Mix together dry ingredients; add remainder of warm water and oil to make a soft dough.

4Set aside, covered, at room temperature for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
