  • 1 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 1 glove garlic
  • 1 4 oz can chopped green chilies
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

    Mash the black beans well in a bowl with a fork or in a food processor. (you can a Kitchen Aid mixer).

    Mix in the rest of the ingredients well, cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. A delicious dip with tortilla or pita chips and also great with veggies.
