  • 2 Tbsp. shortening
  • 1/2 c. sweet milk

Directions

    Cut shortening into flour.

    Pour in milk and mix well.

    Roll out on floured board.

    Cut with butter.

    Melt 2 teaspoons shortening in pan.

    Put biscuits in hot shortening and turn over. Bake at 410° for about 10 minutes or until brown.
