- codfish
- butter and oil
- garlic, crushed or minced
- salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. cold milk
- 3 c. warmed milk
Directions

1Boil and drain cod.

2Melt butter with oil and heat until bubbly.

3Add garlic, salt and pepper; simmer.

4Add cod.
-
5Add flour to cold milk and shake well to remove lumps.

6Add this to warmed milk and stir into simmering cod.

7Continue to simmer a few minutes.

8Serve hot with polenta.
