- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 stick butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
Directions

1Mix flour with sugar.

2Add softened butter and mix well.

3Add beaten eggs, vanilla and pineapple; mix well.

4Pour into unbaked pie shell.

5Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

6Lower temperature to 325° and bake until firm.

7This is better not to use flour if eggs are large enough to thicken.
