- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin (about 2 c.)
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2In mixer bowl, combine all ingredients except pastry shell.

3Mix well.

4Pour into pastry shell.

5Bake 15 minutes.

6Reduce oven temperature to 350°.

7Bake 35 to 40 minutes longer or until center is set.

8Cool.

9Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
