- yeast
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. (heaping) shortening
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- flour
Directions

1Put yeast in cup with 3/4 cup of lukewarm water; add tablespoon of sugar and stir.

2Wait until it rises.

3Boil milk and shortening in boiler and let cool.

4Mix yeast mixture and milk mixture together.

5Knead in with flour gradually.

6Let rise 2 times and make into rolls.
