- 4 oz. superfine sugar
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 6 c. very strong freshly brewed Espresso
- 2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions

1Combine sugar and water in a saucepan and heat until sugar is dissolved.

2Boil for several minutes; pour Espresso into the mixture in pan.

3Dissolve cocoa powder in it and remove pan from the heat.

4Let cool completely.

5Pour mixture into a bowl and freeze until solid.

6Transfer to a blender and blend until slushy. Pour into 6 cappuccino cups or small wine glasses.

7Serve immediately.
