- 2 1/2 lb. flour
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. Carnation cream
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped bell pepper
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
- 1 unbaked pie crust
Directions

1Boil chicken and remove bones; dice.

2Place butter in deep frying pan. Add the flour.

3Brown slightly, then add 2 cups chicken broth, vegetables and cream. Cook on slow heat until vegetables are done. Stir in diced chicken. Salt and pepper to taste.

4Put in pie crust; place in oven at 375° or 400° until crust is browned.
