  • 1/2 c. Crisco
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. Almond extract (or 1/2 tsp. Lemon extract)

    Cream shortenings together.

    Add sugar and cream together.

    Add milk and dry ingredients alternately, starting and ending with the milk.
