- 8 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. unsweetened coconut
- 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 1 c. pitted dates
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl.

2In blender, whiz bananas, dates and water.

3Mix all ingredients well.

4Spread on jelly roll pan 1/2-inch thick.

5Bake at 200° for 90 minutes, stirring every 30 minutes until golden and almost dry.

6Turn oven off and leave pans in oven to complete drying.

7Store in airtight container.

8Wheat germ, bran, sesame seed and raisins can be added.
