- 5 c. old fashioned oatmeal
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/3 c. canola or corn oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 c. honey
- 1 c. nuts (pecans, sunflower or sesame seed)
Directions

1Mix the first 3 ingredients.

2In separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients.

3Pour over oats mixture; mix well.

4Pour into large pan so it can be spread rather thin.

5Bake in a 325° oven until lightly toasted.

6Stir every 15 minutes.
