  • 4 c. rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
  • 1 c. wheat germ
  • 1 c chopped nuts
  • 1 c. hulled sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 c. sesame seed
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. ground soybeans
  • 1/2 c. bran or flax seed
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Heat oil, honey and vanilla.

    Pour over dry ingredients and mix.

    Spread on oiled cookie sheets.

    Bake at 325° for 15 minutes, stirring at 5 minutes, then 4 minutes, then 3 minutes and 3 minutes.
