Ingredients

  • 3 c. quick oats
  • 1 c. wheat germ
  • 1/2 c. flaked coconut
  • 1/4 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 c. powdered milk
  • 1/2 c. sliced almonds or other nuts
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/2 c. salad oil

Directions

    Combine all dry ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

    Heat oil and honey (I do this in the microwave).

    Pour over dry mixture and stir until evenly mixed.

    Bake in a 325° oven for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.

    Remove from oven and stir two or three times while cooling to prevent sticking together.

    When cool, add 1/2 cup raisins.

    Store at room temperature.
