- 1 (42 oz.) box rolled oats
- 1 (12 oz.) box coconut
- 4 c. nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. honey
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. walnuts (optional)
Directions

1Heat honey and oil in microwave for 4 to 5 minutes.

2Mix together the oats, coconut and milk powder in a large bowl.

3Pour in honey and oil and mix well.

4Bake at 250° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

5Add raisins and nuts.

6Cool completely, then store in airtight container.

7Makes 40 (1/2 cup) servings.
