  • 5 c. quick oats
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. honey (or more)
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1/2 c. nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 c. raisins (optional)
  • 1/2 c. banana chips (optional)
  • f1/2 c. dates (optional)
  • 1/2 c. coconut (optional)

Directions

    Pour honey and melted butter over dry ingredients.

    Mix well. Bake on a cookie sheet at 350° for 10 minutes.

    Stir; then bake for 10 more minutes.

    Cool completely.
