Ingredients

  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 3/4 c raw almonds
  • 3/4 c raw sunflower seeds
  • 3/4 c raw pumpkin seeds
  • 3/4 c brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 c apple sauce
  • 2 TB grape seed oil or canola oil
  • 1/4 c honey
  • 1/4 c maple syrup

    In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix well

    In another bowl combine all wet ingredients and mix

    combine wet and dry ingredients together

    Put parchment paper on sheet pan and lay mix out over it
  5. 5
    Bake in oven at 325 for 30-40 minutes stirring occasionally

    Granola should get nice brown color without burning
  7. 7
    Let cool before serving

    Serve with fruit , berries, and or yogurt
