- 4 cups rolled oats
- 3/4 c raw almonds
- 3/4 c raw sunflower seeds
- 3/4 c raw pumpkin seeds
- 3/4 c brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 c apple sauce
- 2 TB grape seed oil or canola oil
- 1/4 c honey
- 1/4 c maple syrup
Directions

1In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix well

2In another bowl combine all wet ingredients and mix

3combine wet and dry ingredients together

4Put parchment paper on sheet pan and lay mix out over it

5Bake in oven at 325 for 30-40 minutes stirring occasionally

6Granola should get nice brown color without burning

7Let cool before serving

8Serve with fruit , berries, and or yogurt
