- 4 cups uncooked regular oats
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup whole almonds
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 3/4 cup wheat germ
- 1 (3.5-ounce) can flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 cup dried apricots, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup raisins
Directions

1Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir together honey, oil, and 2 tablespoons water; pour over oat mixture, tossing well. Spread mixture into a lightly greased 15- x 10-inch jellyroll pan.

2Bake at 225° for 1 hour and 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

3Stir in apricot and raisins. Cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
