- 1 1/2 cups wheat germ
- 2 cups sliced almonds
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cups honey
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients in mixing bowl.

2Mix honey, oil, vanilla and almond extract.

3Pour liquid ingredients onto the dry ingredients and mix well.

4Press out in a thin layer on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

5Bake on 2 cookie sheets for 15 minutes each at 300 degrees.

6Let cool. Break up and eat.
