  • 6 cups rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups wheat germ
  • 2 cups sliced almonds
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cups honey
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients in mixing bowl.

    Mix honey, oil, vanilla and almond extract.

    Pour liquid ingredients onto the dry ingredients and mix well.

    Press out in a thin layer on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

    Bake on 2 cookie sheets for 15 minutes each at 300 degrees.

    Let cool. Break up and eat.
