- 6 c. uncooked oats (not quick kind)
- 1 c. raw wheat germ
- 1 c. honey
- 1/2 c. corn oil
- 1 c. cold water
- 1 c. sunflower seeds
- 1 c. sesame seed
- 1 c. pecans or almonds, blanched
- 1 c. raisins
Directions

1Mix all dry ingredients; add blended liquid.

2Mix well; pour in large pan (heavy) and spread evenly.

3Bake in 250° oven for 2 hours.

4Stir every 15 minutes.

5Turn off oven; add nuts and raisins and allow mixture to cool in oven.

6When cooled, put in a tightly covered container.

7Store in a cool, dry place.

8Serve with meat or fresh fruit.

9One-half or one-third of recipe may be made.
