- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. rye flour
- 1 c. yellow cornmeal
- 1 c. soy flour
- 1/2 c. wheat germ, toasted
- 1 c. unsweetened coconut, toasted
- 1/4 c. sesame seed, toasted
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. honey
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. sunflower seeds, toasted
- oil
- 2 c. rolled oats (old fashioned)
- 3/4 c. roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
Directions

1Stir flours together.

2Toast in heavy frying pan (no oil is needed) until well browned. Do not burn.

3Place in large mixing bowl.

4Add wheat germ, coconut, sesame seed and sunflower seeds which have been toasted individually.
