Ingredients

  • 1 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 c. rye flour
  • 1 c. yellow cornmeal
  • 1 c. soy flour
  • 1/2 c. wheat germ, toasted
  • 1 c. unsweetened coconut, toasted
  • 1/4 c. sesame seed, toasted
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. honey
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. sunflower seeds, toasted
  • oil
  • 2 c. rolled oats (old fashioned)
  • 3/4 c. roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped

Directions

    Stir flours together.

    Toast in heavy frying pan (no oil is needed) until well browned. Do not burn.

    Place in large mixing bowl.

    Add wheat germ, coconut, sesame seed and sunflower seeds which have been toasted individually.
