  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • 2 Tablespoons Grated Ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Finely Minced
  • 1 whole Onion
  • 16 ounces, weight Coleslaw Mix
  • Warm Tortillas Or Lettuce Leaves, For Serving
  • Cilantro For Garnish
  • 6 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 4 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Cumin
  • 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • Crushed Red Pepper

    Make the Thai cooking sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients together.

    Set aside.

    Heat a large nonstick skillet over high heat.

    Add turkey; cook, crumble and stir until meat is no longer pink, about 3-4 minutes.

    Add ginger, garlic, onion, and slaw mix; stir-fry with meat for 2 minutes until vegetables are wilted.

    Add the Thai cooking sauce, stirring constantly to blend all ingredients, about one minute.

    Serve on warm tortillas and garnish with cilantro.
