Ingredients

  • 8 c. rolled oats
  • 2 c. rolled wheat
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. sliced almonds
  • 1 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 c. bran
  • 1/2 c. wheat germ
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Heat oil, honey and vanilla until blended.

    Mix all other ingredients together.

    Add liquid and blend well.

    Put in a large low pan.

    Cook in the oven at 375° for 20 to 30 minutes.

    Stir every 5 minutes.

    Add raisins when ready to eat.

    Makes a gallon.
