- 8 c. rolled oats
- 2 c. rolled wheat
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. sliced almonds
- 1 c. sunflower seeds
- 1/2 c. bran
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. honey
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Heat oil, honey and vanilla until blended.

2Mix all other ingredients together.

3Add liquid and blend well.

4Put in a large low pan.

5Cook in the oven at 375° for 20 to 30 minutes.

6Stir every 5 minutes.

7Add raisins when ready to eat.

8Makes a gallon.
