- 6 c. old-fashioned oats
- 1 c. shredded coconut, unsweetened
- 1/2 c. sunflower seeds (nuts may be substituted)
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1 c. chopped unsweetened banana chips
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Spread oats in ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.

3Heat in oven 10 minutes.

4Combine coconut, sunflower seeds, wheat germ, cinnamon, banana chips and hot oats.

5Add honey and oil; mix well.

6Return mixture to baking pan.

7Bake 15 minutes, stir.

8Bake 10 minutes, stir.

9Bake another 10 minutes or until brown.

10Add raisins and store in airtight container.
