- 3 to 4 c. uncooked rolled oats
- 1 c. sunflower seeds
- 1 c. sesame seed
- 1 c. wheat germ
- 1 c. honey
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. flour (soy or wheat)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. chopped dates
- 1/4 c. coconut
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Grease cookie sheet.

3In large bowl mix oats, seeds, wheat germ and flour.

4In large measuring cup mix honey, oil and water; heat in microwave just until warm.

5Add vanilla to liquid.

6Mix liquid into bowl with oat mixture.

7Spread in pan (cookie sheet).

8Bake 20 minutes or until brown.

9Add dates and coconut.

10Store in covered container; if there's any left. Makes 7 cups.
