- 6 c. rolled oats
- 2 c. raw sunflower seeds
- 1/2 c. wheat germ or bran
- 1/2 c. sesame seed (optional)
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 c. coconut
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Mix oats, sunflower seeds, wheat germ and sesame seed in a large roasting pan.

2Add cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla.

3Mix.

4Heat oil, honey and water together until combined and add to other mixture.

5Add coconut and mix.

6Bake at 250° for 2 hours or more, stirring every 30 minutes.

7Allow to cool in the oven.
