- 1 lb. ground hot sausage
- 3 c. Bisquick mix
Directions

1Melt cheese in top of double boiler.

2Crumble up sausage and add to cheese.

3Mix well.

4Add flour all at once and work with hands; form into walnut size balls.

5Freeze on baking sheet; remove and place in plastic freezer bags.

6Remove as many as you want to bake, let thaw for 1 hour before baking on cookie sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.
