Ingredients
- 1/4 c. rye flakes
- 2 c. rolled oats
- 1/4 c. oat bran
- 2 Tbsp. soy flakes
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/4 c. apple juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 c. chopped pitted dates
- 1/4 c. raisins
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine all ingredients except raisins and dates.

3Toss well to coat evenly with apple juice.

4Spread on nonstick baking sheet.

5Bake until golden brown, stirring every 30 minutes for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

6After granola is cooled, remove from baking sheet and add dates and raisins.

7Store in cool place in airtight container.
