  • 5 c. old fashioned oats
  • 1 c. powdered milk
  • 1 c. sesame seed
  • 1 c. wheat germ
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 c. coconut (optional)
  • 1 c. honey
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Mix the first 6 ingredients well.

    Mix the honey, oil and water well and add to dry mixture. Bake at 300° for 1 hour.

    Stir frequently.

    May be eaten as is or mixed with other cereals.
