- 1 c. sesame seed
- 1 c. wheat germ
- 1 c. nuts
- 1 c. coconut (optional)
- 1 c. honey
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Mix the first 6 ingredients well.

2Mix the honey, oil and water well and add to dry mixture. Bake at 300° for 1 hour.

3Stir frequently.

4May be eaten as is or mixed with other cereals.
