- 1 lb. oats (regular or instant)
- 2 c. wheat germ
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. shredded coconut
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 c. sesame seed
- 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
- 1 c. oil (peanut)
- 1 tsp. salt
- raisins, figs or other dried fruit (optional)
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except fruits together with hands and get all lumps out of brown sugar.

2Bake in roasting pan at 325° until golden brown, about 45 minutes.

3Stir every 10 minutes.

4Cool.

5Add raisins, chopped figs or other dried fruits, if desired.

6Keep in plastic bags or cannister in refrigerator or freezer.
