  • 2 lb. cut up chicken
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 c. white wine
  • 3 cloves garlic or sprinkle garlic powder

Directions

    Take skin off chicken.

    Place chicken in baking dish.

    Put in celery, onion and wine.

    Cook at 400° for 1 1/2 hours.

    Turn chicken half way.
