- 6 c. oats
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. wheat germ
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1/3 c. sesame seed
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/3 c. honey
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Heat oats in shallow pan at 350° for 15 minutes.

2Heat sugar, oil and honey in saucepan until sugar is dissolved.

3Add vanilla to liquid ingredients.

4Add remaining dry ingredients to oats, stir in liquid ingredients, mixing to coat dry ingredients.

5Toast in oven, stirring every 5 minutes.

6Makes 10 cups or 40 servings.
