  • 42 oz. oatmeal (old fashion)
  • 6 oz. wheat germ
  • 7 oz. coconut
  • 2 (5 oz.) pkg. sunflower kernels
  • 8 oz. broken walnuts
  • 1 c. honey
  • 1 1/2 c. canola oil
  • 2 c. raisins

Directions

    Warm the honey to boiling with the oil. Pour over the first 5 ingredients. Bake in 350° oven 15 minutes; stir, then bake 15 minutes more. Add raisins after removing from the oven for the last time. Store in container at room temperature.
