- 1/4 c. nuts (optional)
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 1 c. sesame seed
- 1 c. raisins
- 1/4 c. unprocessed bran
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. safflower oil
Directions

1Combine dry ingredients in large baking pan.

2Blend honey, water and oil; heat slightly.

3Pour over dry ingredients and stir until combined evenly.

4Heat slowly at 225° to 250° for 2 hours. Turn with spatula every 15 minutes.

5Makes 14 (approximately 1/2 cup) servings.
