Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 c. flaked coconut
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat; remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients in order listed, mixing well after each addition.

    Press into prepared pan.

    Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.

    Cool in pan on wire rack.

    Cut into 2 x 1-inch bars.
