- 1/2 c. brown sugar (packed)
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 egg
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. quick cooking oats
- 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat; remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients in order listed, mixing well after each addition.

3Press into prepared pan.

4Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.

5Cool in pan on wire rack.

6Cut into 2 x 1-inch bars.
