- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 15 c. popped corn
- 1/4 c. Karo syrup
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Boil sugar, salt, Karo and butter to 200° on candy thermometer.

2Remove from heat; add baking soda (will get foamy). Pour popcorn on baking sheets and pour caramel mixture over corn. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

3Stir occasionally.
