- 2 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. dry roasted unsalted peanuts
- 1 c. firm packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 c. raw wheat germ
- 1/2 c. raisins (dark seedless)
- 1/2 c. Egg Beaters
- 1/3 c. Fleischmann's margarine
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Combine oats, peanuts, sugar, wheat germ, raisins and vanilla. Stir well.

2Add Egg Beaters and margarine.

3Press into bar, use a 9 x 9 x 2-inch tin to place them on.

4Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until done.

5Cool for 10 minutes.

6Cut into bars.

7Makes approximately 16 bars.
