Ingredients
- 2 yard eggs
- 3/4 c. raw butter
- 1 c. brown rice syrup
- 1 Tbsp. blackstrap molasses
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. homemade granola or granola cereal
- 1/2 c. rolled oats
- 1/2 c. carob chips
- 2 c. whole wheat pastry flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300°.

2In blender, mix together eggs, butter, sweetener and vanilla.

3In large bowl, mix together remaining ingredients.

4Stir in liquid ingredients from blender.

5Press in a 12 x 18 x 1-inch cookie pan.

6Bake at 300° for 15 minutes, checking the bars to make sure they do not burn on bottom.

7Let cool and cut into 2 x 3-inch bars.

8Serve 12.
